If your first order isn’t right for you, you may request a full refund within 90 days of purchase.

Eligibility

Refunds are limited to a customer’s first order and one box per customer.

Products must be purchased directly from our website.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to limit or decline refunds in cases of repeated or unusual activity.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for returns:

– Subscription renewal orders  

– Discounted or promotional orders  

– Samples  

– Shipping & handling fees  

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. 

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

International Orders

At this time, we do not accept returns on international orders.
